Call Auntie Community Healthworkers are a special bunch of humans dedicated to supporting you through more challenging life moments.

From gentle appointment reminders and accompaniment, to helping you make those difficult phone calls, Community Healthworkers can be a life admin helper during the times when you feel overwhelmed and under supported.

We are happy to work with your trusted team of support services, agencies or health care providers! Community Healthworkers work collaboratively with the Street Outreach and clinical team to connect community members with supplies, safer housing options, and dignified care.

The Baby Bundle Program

The Baby Bundle Program provides holistic support to Indigenous families and individuals who are pregnant, birthing, and postpartum. We meet folks where they are at and support families to stay together and meet their own goals.

Our team of community healthworkers help navigate healthcare options, community referrals, labour/ birth support and general life admin tasks! Our team can assist families as they transition to parenthood and up to three months postpartum – however every family is different and we honour this, so some relationships may be longer
